My collaboration with Tim and Linda is taking shape. The framing has been completed and the interior walls are all in place. Plumbing and Electrical work have begun and the new roof is about to be installed. The new bones are now in place waiting for the skin (weather proofing and finishes) to be applied and the windows to be installed. This will be a very energy efficient project with much of the insulation being placed outside of the air and water barrier in line with "Building Science" practices.
